About Adonai Rotary Broaches

Adonai rotary broaches use a very slight 1° axial offset to "wobble" causing a broaching cutting action and allowing for broaching on both manual or CNC lathes and mills and drilling machines.

When you are required to create a hexagonal, torx or square hole, the ability to broach without a secondary operation is a huge productivity improvement.

Suitable for blind and through holes.

How Rotary Broaching Works

Rotary broach has a free rotating spindle, set off at an angle of 1°.

The rotary broach is pushed until engagement with a pre-drilled hole, syncing RPM and causing the rotary broaching to start to wobble. It is then pushed into the hole for the correct depth effectively broaching the hole to the required shape.
