EM-A Expanding Mandrels feature high accuracy and torque transmission thanks to the fixed arbor, and are ideal for turning, milling, grinding and gear cutting applications. EM-A Expanding Mandrels achieve axial pull down by axial movement of the clamping sleeve during actuation.
EM-B

EM-B Expanding Mandrels can clamp very short work pieces on the front of the sleeve, and are ideal for turning, milling, grinding and gear cutting applications. There is no axial movement of the clamping sleeve during operation, and the EM-B Expanding Mandrels also feature high torque transmission and concentricity.

- Case hardened / wear resistant
EM-S are power operated segment sleeve mandrels that are deal for volume production and hard turning / grinding with wear resistant, case hardened and vulcanised clamping sleeves. Axial pull down by the axial clamping movement of the clamping sleeve = best face run out.
